Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Northwest Regional Fiddle Contest!

We are passionate about keeping the tradition of fiddle music alive for the next generation of musicians, just as our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents did for us. By sponsoring our fiddle contest, you are directly contributing to that spirit, and profoundly impacting the lives of our fiddle community and the future of fiddle music in the Northwest. Throughout the year, our goal is to encourage our youth to find inspiration through music! NWRFC functions purely on the time of our volunteers, and is supported solely by monetary contributions from our sponsors and donors.

The Northwest Regional Fiddle Contest is a registered 501(c)3. Your contribution is tax deductible, and you will receive a donation receipt for your records. If you need more information, please contact Carolyn at nwrfiddlecontest@gmail.com.

Sponsorship Opportunities and Information:
Along with the gratitude and appreciation of all of our contest attendees, volunteers, and contestants, our Sponsorships include:

Friend of the Fiddlers $50-$100

• Your name will be printed in the official NWRFC program as a donor.

Bronze Sponsor $250

• 1/4th page ad in the official contest program.
• Verbal mention by Emcee at least once each day.
• Business logo and/or name displayed at contest.
• Business logo on the Northwest Regional website for the remainder of the year.

Silver Sponsor $500

• 1/2 page ad in the official contest program.
• Verbal mention by the Emcee at least once each day and during chosen division, if applicable.
• Option to sponsor an unclaimed division (except Championship).
• All Bronze level benefits.

Gold Sponsor $1000

• 1/2 page ad in the official contest program.
• Verbal mention by the Emcee several times each day.
• If not claimed, option to sponsor Championship.
• All Silver benefits, with larger logo than previous levels.

Platinum Sponsor $2000

• Full page ad in the official contest program.
• Stand-alone verbal mentions by the Emcee many times throughout the contest.
• Business logo printed on the official contest t-shirt.**
• All Gold level benefits.
• Standalone post about your business on the official Northwest Regional Fiddle Contest social media pages.
